Sci di fondo: aspetti psicologici, motivazionali e attentivi

Abstract

Lo sci di fondo è uno sport olimpico invernale molto popolare, ampiamente praticato anche come attività ricreativa. Sebbene lo sci di fondo sia considerato principalmente come uno fra gli sport di resistenza più impegnativi a livello fisico, va sottolineato come esso sia molto impegnativo e complesso anche dal punto di vista tecnico, tattico e psicologico. Esso comprende due stili tecnici principali (tecnica classica e stile libero) e numerose sottotecniche all'interno di questi stili. Gli aspetti dello sci di fondo, come degli sport di resistenza in genere, maggiormente indagati dagli psicologi dello sport sono quelli legati alla preparazione delle abilità psicologiche, alla gestione della fatica, alle strategie attentive.
